Chlorogenic acid is a polyphenol with the highest concentration in coffee.
Chlorogenic acid is a potent nutrient with anti-cancer, anti-diabetic and weight loss properties. You can also find this compound in carrots, apples, flax seeds, potatoes, pineapples, and strawberries. More studies also suggest this nutrient may counter liver cancer.
Colorectal cancer, according to WHO and CDC, is the second most common type of cancer after lung cancer.
